You ask, I answer: Round 1

I’m trying something new here at Slash7.

To put it simply:

I’m taking your questions!

Next week, I will answer one marketing (pimpin’) / product design / interaction design / graphic design question a day, right here on slash7. You should ask me about your site colors, or a tough usability problem you’re having, how you should go about pimpin’ your product, etc., etc.

Email me your questions!

Feel free to include illustrations or screenshots, even little screencasts if you like. (But email me a link to a screencast, not a huge file!)

The Rules:

I don’t mean to be a killjoy, but just to be sure we understand each other:

If you email me your question, you’re giving me permission to republish your question (in whole or in part) and any screenshots or illustrations you might include.

If you’ve got a top sekret problem, you can always hire me instead.

Here’s my question: Why are you taking questions? (meta meta meta anyone?)

Ok, going to have to put some thought into this one 😀

    Awesome, thanks!

    @sensei, because I want to. 😉 I love design & I love teaching, it’s a pretty great combination.

James, I suspect you are a spammer. What do you think?

  4. James says:

Um… I’m pretty sure I’m not… And you have had contact with me before? :/

  5. Amy says:

James, in my drug-addled haze (got the flu), your message looked like one of those almost-sensible spam messages… you know?

But I’m less drug-addled now and yeah, you’re right, this is not the first time we’ve interacted.

    Sorry 🙂

  6. James says:

No problems Amy – commented late in the morning anyway, so I had to re-read myself to make sure that I hadn’t included any ‘Great site! I be here back to read again!’ or that sort of carry on 🙂
