Movin’ On Up

As you can see, things are a-changin’. I finally have made time again for Rails & writing, and I’ve decided to start my new commitment by moving ye olde Slash7 to Typo. I never really intended for this to be a blog as such, more of a collection of articles, a format for which neither MovableType nor Typo are suited. But, if I waited til I was done my article manager, I’d probably never write again! So, here you have it. Blog format, ugliness while I redo the CSS, and hack in Markdown support, and so on. Please bear with.

If, in the mean time, you’d like to download the cheat sheets, they are here:

Movin’ to the Typo, gonna eat a lot of peaces.

I’m glad to see more from you! I haven’t gotten a chance to play with Rails yet, but I’m eager to hear what experiences other are having as dig into it.

<p>The links to the cheat sheets appear to be broken.</p>

<p>Thanks for putting together this site. It’s a valuable resource for Rails.</p>

  6. Li says:

Yes, to confirm what Brian said, the link is broken for me also.

The categories link on the left return blank pages except for last two links.

And what’s this about dogs on your rails blog? I want to hear about cats. Don’t you have cats?

  7. amy says:

D’oh. The cheat sheet links work again. I upgraded to trunk and forgot to put those back in there. Duh.

As for the categories, some of them are actually empty at the moment (hmm! sounds like something to add to the Typo code).

  8. amy says:

And Li, I don’t have cats either. I actually have no pets. I am not so hot with caring for living things… I once managed to accidentally kill potted bamboo! I do have a little cactus, though I doubt I’ll be blogging about it. 🙂

  9. I thout to do it in my local version.
